I've opted to show all the radios that I currently have in stock on this For Sale page. I haven't had the time to restore them. If you are interested in one of these sets please Contact Us and details on restoration and prices can be discussed. They may look pretty rough now but you may visit my Completed Radios page to get an idea of what they will look like after restoration. All of the radios on my Completed Radios page are radios that I have restored.
SHIPPING POLICY
All radios packaged and shipped by UPS (Their "Pack-N-Ship" guarantee) are guaranteed by UPS to arrive safely. At the customers request Speak Easy Radios will package and ship your radio in any manner you choose but Speak Easy Radios will not be responsible for damage during shipment. Speak Easy Radios will insure the radio for its value but assumes no liability for damage during shipment. I will also recommend that radios DO NOT get shipped during the holidays. Boxes get banged up pretty bad with the amount of shipments made at that time of year.
IMPORTANT NOTE
I am running about a two month back log on restorations at this time. Yes! I'm very busy. Please take this into mind if you are interested in having one of these radios restored.
Thank you!

Price is just an approximation of what this set may cost after restoration. Record changers can be very expensive to restore due to the parts that need to be replaced. Idler pulleys, needle cartridges, etc.

Once again prices are just approximations. This set uses six (6) 01A vacuum tubes that are spendy. If it requires all six this set could be as high as $500 restored.

This is the same radio. The picture on the right is after the restoration. It has all new veneer on the cabinet. 17 seperate pieces to be exact. The electronics were completely restored also. Soon you'll see more pictures of this radio on my Completed Radios page and the restoration of the cabinet will be detailed on my Restoration Process - How It's Done page.

This is an AM radio with 78 only phonograph. This was one of the first models built that had the multiple record stack capability. The ability to drop another record for play after a record has completed playing. After restoration between $300 and $350.
Here's a 1937 Zenith That needs a good restoration. It needs a set of original knobs that I'll have to put on it along with a cabinet and electronics restoration. Of course new grille cloth too. I believe this price of $325.00 is what this set will be after its restoration.

This is a unique set. It sold in 1929 for $179. The year the stock market crashed. I found it hard to believe myself. I'll never be able to match the original grille cloth on it but I guarantee it won't be anything to flambouyant. This set is in very good condition cosmetically but does need the electronics restored and a real good polish job on the cabinet. It has a beautiful veneer around the top that I will save. I have two complete sets of electronics for this set so any major parts I may need with the exception of vacuum tubes shouldn't be a problem. I can only guess at this point but I believe the cost of this set restored will be between $350 and $400. I've included a sales ad that was originally printed in 1929 for your viewing enjoyment. I hope the resolution keeps when you enlarge it by clicking on the "PLUS" symbol in the lower right hand corner.

This is a beautiful Zenith model 12-S-266 with its original finish. The electronics need to be restored. It will have a new reconed speaker in it, new original grille cloth, all new knobs and be polished to a beautiful finish.

This is a popular 1940 Philco Model 40-185. It actually works now but it will be completely restored electronically and the cabinet will be refinished. New grille cloth will be installed. The rose wine pushbuttons are in excellent condition along with its original knobs, speaker and wavetrap (antenna box). This set will have a price between $300 and $350 after restoration.

This cute little radio is a 1949 Packard Bell Model 501. It's in very good condition but will be electronically restored and I'm going to refinish the cabinet. So if you are interested please let me know and it can be painted just about any color you like. The dial face is in excellent condition. It's a Broadcast Band (AM) only set. Price after restoration will be around $115 to $125.
